Thank you for checking out my site. I'm always looking to play good music with others, and welcome inquiries from like-minded folks.
I'm a retired Professional Engineer in the marine industry, and have played piano and organ off-and-on since 8 years old. When younger I played classical organ and harpsichord for churches, weddings, and chamber orchestras. Since retiring I have focused more on playing rock and blues covers, with the goals of having fun, and improving my chops!
I have good equipment, including a top-notch Roland stage piano/organ, PA amp/speakers w/stands, microphone, acoustic electric guitar, bass guitar, drum kit, etc. I have practice space at my home in Anacortes but don't mind traveling a reasonable distance to practice with others. I'm not much of a singer, but can sing a few songs - alto range.
Growing up in the 50's & 60's, I love the music of the 60's-70's: Beatles, Dylan, Hendrix, Allman Brothers, Steely Dan, etc. I like a lot of newer stuff too, and R&B and Blues songs of all kinds.
I enjoy playing out, and especially want to do open air festivals & events, etc.
